Senior Network Engineer Leicester Inside IR35 £450p/d Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to design and implement cutting-edge network solutions focusing on Fortinet SD-WAN technology. Your expertise will facilitate broadband optimisation, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity across multiple client locations. Responsibilities:
- Conduct client discovery and design workshops to develop Fortinet SD-WAN solutions tailored to client needs.
- Configure SD-WAN at two data centres utilising Fortigate 100F firewalls.
- Deploy and configure three Fortigate 70G devices at designated client locations.
- Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents to guide further deployment across 16 additional sites.
- Transition the existing Viptella solution to Fortinet SD-WAN. Experience:
- Proven experience in network engineering and SD-WAN configurations, particularly with Fortinet products.
- Strong background in designing and implementing network security solutions.
- Proficient in creating comprehensive HLD and LLD documentation.
- Experience with client discovery and workshop facilitation.
- Familiarity with transitioning network solutions from alternative technologies, such as Viptella, is advantageous.
