We are looking for a Deputy Ward Manager who is highly motivated and enthusiastic to assist in developing the service for the future. This is a demanding role that requires commitment and a positive leadership approach towards change. You will have excellent communication skills and high clinical standards with a passion to make a difference for patients and staff alike. Managing and controlling the activities of the ward in an effective and efficient manner. Main duties of the job The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
