  • A minimum of 2 years' experience at Team Manager or Supervisor level within a contact centre environment, ideally managing a sales-focused team.
  • A confident, positive and results-driven approach, with strong commercial awareness.
  • A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • The ability to give and receive feedback and champion a coaching and development culture.

  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and perform under pressure.
  • Good computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to lead, inspire and build confidence within a team.
  • A proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels.
  • A commitment to living and demonstrating Brakes values every day.
