Community Support Worker (2:1 Support Role) - Norwich We are seeking a Community Support Worker to support neurodiverse adults and young people with SEND alongside an existing team member. The role involves community-based activities, learning opportunities, and promoting independence. Requirements:
- Experience supporting neurodiverse adults and/or young people with SEND
- Aged 25+
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Able to drive a manual vehicle
