Quantity Surveyor

A growing, privately owned cost & project consultancy is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven QS who wants to take ownership of projects, work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and develop their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking consultancy. The business specialises across residential and commercial projects, partnering with well known organisations and high net worth individuals. The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be involved across the full project lifecycle, including:

• Preparing feasibility studies, cost plans and estimates
• Managing cost plans and monitoring cost movements
• Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities
• Advising on procurement and tender strategies
• Managing tender processes and contractor negotiations
• Monthly valuations and cost reporting
• Contract administration and change management
• Supporting final accounts and commercial negotiations
• Working closely with clients, contractors and design teams
• Providing clear, commercially focused advice throughout project delivery What We're Looking For We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor with:
• 3+ Years consultancy experience
• Pre and post-contract exposure
• Understanding of cost planning, procurement and contract administration
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• The ability to manage projects independently while working collaboratively within a wider team
• MRICS or progress towards chartership would be advantageous What's on Offer?
