• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the safety and enjoyment of participants. Requirements
• Experience in planning and leading activities for seniors.
• Creativity and a passion for promoting social engagement and mental stimulation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience and understanding in working with seniors with diverse needs.
