🔥 WE'RE HIRING: SALES ASSOCIATE 🔥 Hotpod Yoga Bishop's Stortford is looking for an energetic, confident and community-minded Sales Associate to help us grow our Pod. This is a genuine sales role. You'll be responsible for: ✨ Creating awareness of Hotpod Yoga across the Bishop's Stortford community ✨ Connecting with local people, businesses and community groups ✨ Generating interest and encouraging prospective customers to create an account ✨ Following up with new leads and existing prospects ✨ Helping customers choose the right membership or class-pass option ✨ Converting interest into paying members You'll be rewarded for both creating new opportunities and closing sales: 🔥 £1 for every new account created 🔥 10% commission on the first paid month of every new membership 🔥 10% commission on every class pass sold 🔥 Illustrative earnings of approximately £1,200 per month when monthly KPIs and expected conversion rates are achieved We're looking for someone who is proactive, personable and comfortable starting conversations, following up and asking for the sale. You'll love being out in the local community and will be genuinely excited to introduce more people to the physical and mental benefits of Hotpod Yoga.
