Project Manager

Project Manager – Change & Delivery | 6-Month Contract | Osterley We're currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a Change & Delivery team and lead high-profile Business Change initiatives in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. The Role: You'll be responsible for planning and delivering complex business change projects, working closely with stakeholders across business and technology functions. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered effectively and create a positive experience for customers and employees. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex Business Change projects from initiation through implementation.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, resources and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Proposition, Product, Technology, Operations, Sales and Marketing.
• Manage senior stakeholders, project governance, risks, issues and escalations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, to scope and within budget.
• Own project plans, RAID logs, RACI and other project artefacts.
• Provide clear and concise project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify and manage interdependencies and constraints across projects/programmes.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and incorporate learnings into future projects. What We're Looking For
• Proven experience delivering complex Business Change projects with business-wide impact.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in matrix organisations across business and technology teams.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with resource planning, business planning and benefits management.
• Ability to work independently, shape projects and drive delivery with limited direction.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration and decision-making skills.
• A track record of bringing diverse stakeholders together to deliver successful outcomes.
