Rooftop Solar Project Manager

The Company: OXBO are partnered with a well-established and growing UK Energy-as-a-Service business within the rooftop Solar sector. They are looking for a Project Manager to join their Solar PV division. As Solar Project Manager you will own and oversee the successful delivery of commercial rooftop Solar PV projects from contract handover to completion, and liaise with relevant teams and stakeholders throughout. • Managing commercial Solar PV projects from inception through to completion.
• Developing and managing project programmes, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Acting as the key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating technical assessments, site surveys and project documentation.
• Ensuring projects are delivered to high standards of health, safety, quality and compliance.
• Managing DNO applications, planning requirements and associated approvals.
• Overseeing contractors, installation partners and other project stakeholders.
• Managing commissioning, client handover and project close-out.
• Tracking project performance and contributing to commercial and financial reporting. What you'll bring:
• 2+ years' experience managing commercial construction, electrical or renewable energy projects.
• Strong project planning, organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication abilities.
• Good commercial awareness, including experience managing project budgets.
• Working knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK health and safety requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to being on-site.
