Senior Project Engineer - Data Centre Operations

The Opportunity This role combines hands-on site operations, security governance, and project delivery, with occasional participation in critical incident support in a mission-critical environment. This is a permanent full-time role based in Chun Kwong St. What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Hong Kong data centre sites, ensuring uptime, service levels, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate and resolve connectivity, cross-connect, and infrastructure issues impacting customers and services.
• Lead security uplift initiatives and maintain physical security controls, including access management, CCTV, and visitor management.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and Telstra security standards.
• Partner with vendors, site providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver operational and project outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement, incident response, root cause analysis, and maintenance activities. About You
• Experience in data centre, telecommunications, network operations, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of data centre security, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• CDCP and/or PMP certifications are highly regarded.
