: 职责描述： 1.Work closely with the sales team and conduct sales process management, including related data processing and report generating 开展销售过程管理，进行相关的数据处理和报告撰写 2.Manage and track IT projects such as system upgrade and UAT; provide support throughout the life cycle of Fintech projects including coordination, estimation, timelines, and delivery 参与系统升级及UAT测试，为金融科技项目建设的全过程提供支持 3.Design and implement operational procedures complied with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements 为部门内部流程及政策的撰写、发布及实施提供支持 4.Coordinate and communicate with other departments in terms of daily operational issues 就日常业务及运营事项开展跨组别及跨部门沟通 5.Any other ad-hoc works required 其他需要完成的临时事项 Job Qualifications: 任职要求： 1.Finance, Economics, Fintech and Computer Science related majors preferred 金融学、经济学、金融科技、计算相关专业优先 2.Good knowledge in Microsoft Office such as Word/Excel/PowerPoint; VBA/Python skill would be a decent plus 熟练掌握Word/Excel/PowerPoint及编程语言如VBA, Python者优先 3.Bilingual proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin 精通英语与汉语普通话的口语及书面表达 4.Strong passion for different functions in the Wealth Management field 对从事财富管理相关工作有强烈的意愿 5.Good team player with adequate inter-personal skills, multitasking skills, and willingness to take on additional responsibilities 良好的团队合作能力、人际交往能力、多任务处理能力及自我驱动能力 : CICC is committed to fostering an environment of equity and diversity.
