Join our dedicated Damp and Mould Team as a Joiner, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality repairs and improvements to properties. This position requires both independent work and collaboration within the team to ensure all tasks are completed with a focus on customer satisfaction, health and safety, and quality workmanship.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Support the delivery of damp and mould remediation works.
• Remove and refit kitchen units as part of planned improvement and repair programmes.
• Carry out follow-on works following plastering and other remedial treatments.
• Assist with a variety of day-to-day responsive repair activities as required.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, focusing on customer satisfaction, health and safety, and quality workmanship.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in a range of joinery skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong initiative and a flexible approach to work.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
