Your Role:

Deliver engaging activities that promote confidence and teamwork

Support pupils during lessons and educational activities

Build positive relationships with students who require additional support

Help students achieve personal and academic goals

Support emotional wellbeing and social development

Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
