- Lead Agile delivery teams supporting AWS Cloud Migration, Cloud Transformation, and Cloud-Native Development initiatives.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and delivery.
- Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, and SAFe best practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Work closely with Product Owners, AWS Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to manage priorities and delivery roadmaps.
- Identify and remove impediments, manage dependencies, and drive timely resolution of risks impacting sprint and program objectives.
- Track and report on sprint metrics, team velocity, burndown charts, and overall delivery performance using Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation, IAM, and CloudWatch, with experience supporting cloud engineering teams.
- Required Experience: 5+ years as a Scrum Master, hands-on experience in AWS-based projects, Scrum certification (CSM/PSM preferred), and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
