🚀 Hiring: AWS Scrum Master | London | Hybrid 📍 Location: London, UK 🏢 Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 Days/Week in Office 💷 Rate: £400/day Inside IR35 🏭 Domain: Telecom We are looking for an experienced AWS Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams supporting AWS Cloud Migration, Cloud Transformation and Cloud-Native Development initiatives. 🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum delivery teams working on AWS initiatives
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews & Retrospectives
• Coach teams on Scrum, Agile and SAFe best practices
• Work closely with Product Owners, AWS Architects and DevOps Engineers
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies and delivery risks
• Track velocity, burndown charts and sprint performance
• Drive continuous improvement and delivery accountability
• Support teams working with AWS cloud engineering environments 🔹 Required Skills & Experience ✅ 5+ years of Scrum Master experience ✅ Hands-on experience supporting AWS-based projects ✅ Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery ✅ Experience with Jira and Confluence ✅ Good understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation, IAM and CloudWatch ✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills 🎯 Preferred: CSM / PSM certification and SAFe experience. Experience within Telecom, Banking, Financial Services or other large enterprise environments is highly desirable.
