Chartered Project Manager

Chartered Project Manager required in Bristol. This Permanent, Full-time role involves independent management of property and construction projects through planning, procurement, construction, completion and formal close-out. Responsibilities

• Manage projects independently across multiple lifecycle stages
• Lead planning, procurement, risk management and project reporting
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
• Control programmes, budgets, deliverables and project documentation
• Administer contracts and manage project changes Requirements
• MRICS chartered status within an appropriate property or construction discipline
• Consultancy experience delivering property or construction projects
• Experience managing programmes, budgets, procurement and risk
• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders
• Experience with project documentation and formal contract management processes Salary & Package
• Profit share bonus scheme and car allowance
• £45,000–£55,000 salary
• Pension contribution from 4.5% to 5%
