The Role We are seeking an experienced Macro Product & Data Lead to support the FX & Rates Value Stream. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, driving API-first solutions, data strategy, product development and AI-enabled transformation initiatives. This role requires strong product ownership capabilities, deep understanding of data models and integration architectures, and experience working within Markets businesses, particularly FX and Rates. Key Responsibilities Â- Act as a product lead across Macro initiatives within the FX & Rates Value Stream. Â- Define and drive API-first implementation strategies. Â- Partner with business, architecture and engineering teams to design scalable solutions. Â- Support development of AI-enabled capabilities and assess opportunities to scale existing use cases. Â- Drive decisions around data strategy, data taxonomy and data governance frameworks. Â- Analyse and define target data models to support business and technology objectives. Â- Manage and prioritise product backlogs within Agile delivery environments. Â- Translate business requirements into technology solutions and architectural outcomes. Â- Provide project and programme support across strategic transformation initiatives. Â- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Markets, Technology and Operations. Experience & Skills Required Â- Proven Product Owner/Product Management experience within Financial Services. Â- Strong FX and Rates product knowledge. Â- Experience working within Macro trading or Markets environments. Â- Strong understanding of APIs, system integration and modern technology architectures. Â- Experience defining and implementing data models and data taxonomy frameworks. Â- Knowledge of AI-enabled solutions and data-driven transformation programmes. Â- Ability to operate across business, technology and architecture functions. Â- Strong Agile delivery experience.
