To support this continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our London Operations team. This is more than simply managing a portfolio of cleaning contracts. We're looking for someone who wants to play an active part in our continued success – building strong client relationships, developing great teams and helping us maintain the high standards that Peartree is known for as we grow. You'll be responsible for: Managing and supporting cleaning teams across multiple sites Maintaining excellent standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction Building strong and positive relationships with our clients Managing Health & Safety, HR, payroll and operational administration Conducting regular site inspections Supporting, developing and motivating your teams Identifying opportunities to improve the way we work and the service we provide 🌟 What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for delivering a great service and wants to develop their career as Peartree continues to grow.
