Financial Controller

Interim Financial Controller Oxford | 3 Month Contract initially | 3-4 Days Onsite | Immediate Start We are seeking a fully qualified accountant for an Interim Financial Controller in the heart of Oxfordshire. You will take ownership of financial reporting, group consolidations, statutory accounts, audit management and financial controls across a multi-entity structure. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical accounting expertise and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment managing a small team. Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of monthly and annual financial reporting
• Preparation and review of group consolidations
• Statutory accounts and year-end reporting
• Lead external audit process
• Financial controls, governance and compliance
• Cashflow and treasury oversight
• Finance process improvement and support for strategic projects
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business Candidate Profile
• ACA qualified or equivalent.
• Strong controls experience ( eg: from Audit)
• Previous Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager experience
• Strong consolidation and group reporting experience
• Appetite to get into the detail as required
• Experience within a multi-entity environment
• Available at short notice preferred
