Client Services Associate Location: Edinburgh or Aberdeen We are recruiting for a Client Services Associate to join an established wealth management business, supporting Financial Advisers and delivering a high-quality service to clients. The role:
- Process new business, investments, withdrawals, switches and rebalances.
- Support client reviews and ongoing servicing.
- Manage client queries and maintain accurate records within Xplan.
- Work closely with Advisers and internal teams to ensure excellent client experience. About you:
- 2–3 years' experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning Administration or Adviser Support.
- Good knowledge of pensions and investment products.
- Xplan experience is advantageous.
- CII Level 4 qualified or working towards the qualification would be beneficial.
