Campaign Manager
at Red HelixRole context and purpose We are looking for a commercially driven Campaign Manager to lead demand generation activity across Red Helix Cyber Services and Risk Crew. This role is responsible for turning our growth priorities into measurable pipeline. You will build and manage integrated demand generation programmes across target accounts, email, digital, content, events, partners and our existing customer base, connecting these activities into coherent campaigns rather than treating them as separate channels. You will work closely with the Marketing Director and sales leadership to determine where we focus our marketing investment, which audiences and accounts we prioritise and how we convert engagement into qualified sales opportunities. A key part of the role will be improving how we use data. We have access to CRM data, prospect intelligence, website engagement, campaign behaviour and third-party intent signals. You will bring these together to identify where genuine demand exists and translate those signals into coordinated action. You will own campaign performance beyond initial engagement. This means understanding what happens to accounts after they interact with marketing, working with sales to progress them and identifying where further activity can accelerate an opportunity. This is a hands-on management role, not simply a campaign delivery role. We are looking for someone who can build a more sophisticated and repeatable demand generation capability and demonstrate its contribution to pipeline and revenue. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the demand generation plan for Red Helix Cyber Services and Risk Crew, translating commercial growth priorities and revenue targets into an integrated marketing programme
- Build quarterly campaign plans with clear pipeline objectives, target audiences, propositions, channels, investment and measures of success
- Take responsibility for marketing-generated and marketing-influenced pipeline, reporting on performance, conversion and areas requiring intervention
- Build customer growth programmes across Red Helix and Risk Crew, using customer data and service history to identify relevant cross-sell, upsell, renewal, referral and advocacy opportunities
- Develop systematic re-engagement programmes for dormant prospects, previous opportunities and existing customers rather than relying solely on new lead acquisition
- Manage both the Red Helix paid ads and website agency relationships
- Develop an account prioritisation model combining ICP fit, firmographic data, first-party engagement, CRM intelligence, sales insight and third-party intent data
- Develop and manage account-based marketing programs for priority accounts and sectors, coordinating personalised marketing activity with Account Directors and Business Development
- Run regular pipeline and campaign reviews with sales, examining which marketing-engaged accounts are progressing, which have stalled and where additional marketing intervention could accelerate an opportunity
- Keep abreast of developments in B2B demand generation, ABM, buyer intent, marketing automation and AI, identifying opportunities to improve how Red Helix creates and captures demand PERSON SPECIFICATION: Profile of ideal job holder, what is necessary to enable the job to be performed to the required standard Education and Qualifications Essential
- GCSE English Desirable
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Discursive subject
- CIM or equivalent professional marketing qualification Experience
- At least 4 years' experience in B2B marketing, including significant responsibility for demand generation, integrated campaigns or account-based marketing
- Demonstrable experience building campaigns that have generated measurable sales opportunities and pipeline
- Experience taking commercial or revenue objectives and translating them into structured demand generation plans
- Experience independently owning multi-channel campaigns from audience strategy and proposition through to conversion and commercial analysis
- Experience working directly with sales teams on target accounts, lead qualification, opportunity development and pipeline progression
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms to segment audiences, manage journeys and measure progression Competencies and Skills
- Confident using data to decide where marketing should focus rather than simply reporting what has already happened
- Able to distinguish meaningful buying behaviour from superficial engagement and translate insights into action
- Strong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys involving multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles
- Confident working as a peer to salespeople and able to constructively challenge assumptions, follow-up and account prioritisation
- Able to identify why a campaign or funnel is underperforming and recommend practical interventions Knowledge
- Understanding of the relationship between ICP, target accounts, buyer intent, engagement, lead qualification, sales opportunities and revenue
- Understanding of integrated campaign strategy across digital, email, content, events, partners and sales activity
