🚀 Business Development Manager (Outbound) 📍 SW London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 from home) 💷 £27,500-£32,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £55,000-£60,000+) 💼 Permanent | Immediate start I'm working with a growing Amazon agency that's looking for a Business Development Manager to help generate new business and build a strong sales pipeline. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with around 12 months' experience in B2B sales or business development who enjoys opening doors, starting conversations and creating opportunities. 🔎 The role will involve: ✅ Prospecting across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and phone ✅ Identifying and engaging ecommerce and Amazon brands ✅ Booking qualified meetings for the senior team ✅ Managing your pipeline through HubSpot ✅ Attending trade shows and following up new opportunities 💡 You'll be a great fit if you: ✔ Enjoy outbound sales and aren't afraid of picking up the phone ✔ Can work independently and take ownership of your results ✔ Like being part of a small team where everyone has a voice ✔ Want to make a real impact as the business continues to grow ✔ Are motivated by earning potential and career progression ⚠️ This role won't suit someone looking for lots of structure, multiple management layers or constant supervision.
