Change Manager: Post-Acquisition Integration 6-month + day rate contract Reading Very flexible hybrid working Our client has recently acquired a company and is looking for an experienced, hands-on Change Manager to help bring the two businesses together, working across the integration programme, helping each workstream understand what is changing, what success looks like and how to make the change stick in business as usual. The successful contractor will bring strong hands-on change delivery experience from complex, multi-workstream programmes, such as mergers and acquisitions, operating model redesign, ERP or platform implementation, process standardisation or shared services. They will be skilled at change impact and readiness assessments and turning findings into clear action, with a track record of measuring whether change has genuinely landed. They will be confident working with senior leaders and affected colleagues, write clearly in plain language, and use good judgement and pragmatism as priorities evolve. Experience of several concurrent changes with shifting scope, or of global change across multiple regions, is particularly useful.
