💥 Technical Delivery / Implementation Project Manager 📍 London (With Regular travel to sites across London 3-4 times per week) I'm supporting a global business on a key Permanent hire within their Customer Technology team - and this is a role that puts you right at the heart of where technology meets real-world experience. 🎤 Exciting environments: You'll regularly be on-site at major corporate business sites and some stadia (live events, stadiums) - delivering tech that directly impacts the customer experience. 🚀 End-to-end ownership: This isn't governance-heavy PM work. You'll lead full lifecycle implementations - from discovery and mobilisation through to go-live and service transition. 🚗 On-the-road flexibility: Expect to be on client sites weekly, keeping things fast-paced and varied. Your "patch" will be London, but there might be the odd day you head off somewhere else, as part of a team performing similar roles across the UK. 🔧 What you'll be doing:

• Delivering multi-site technology rollouts across complex, live environments
• Managing projects from discovery through to go-live and BAU handover
• Working closely with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to shape and deliver solutions
• Acting as the bridge between business, tech teams, and third parties
• Providing on-site support during key deployments and escalations
• Managing risks, scope, and stakeholder expectations 🎯 What we're looking for:
• Proven experience delivering technology implementations / rollouts across multiple sites
• Background in delivery tech into retail, hospitality, venues or similar
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management capability
• Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset - someone who gets things done on the ground. A lot of the team came from Operations
• Comfortable working at pace in a contract environment 💡 This role is ideal for someone operational who enjoys visible, tangible delivery - seeing your work go live across real sites, not just sitting in status meetings.
