• Join the Odevo Group UK IT Shared Service team, supporting a group of businesses helping transform residential property management.
• Deliver friendly, reliable IT support to colleagues and external customers, resolving technical issues and keeping their technology running smoothly.
• Build your technical experience within a supportive team, learning from senior colleagues and contributing to projects across our UK operating companies. What You Will Do
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues, taking ownership of support requests and escalating complex problems when needed.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory, Azure and networking environments.
• Configure, deploy and maintain laptops, desktops and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions and email services, following security and compliance best practices.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, patching, migrations and technology rollouts.
• Maintain accurate asset records and clear technical documentation, helping improve the quality and consistency of our IT service. What You'll Bring
• Some experience in an IT support, service desk or 1st/2nd-line role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and networking fundamentals, with an interest in developing your cloud and device-management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, alongside a genuine commitment to excellent customer service.
• A proactive, organised approach and a willingness to learn from others.
• Microsoft, CompTIA or ITIL qualifications are desirable, or a commitment to working towards relevant certifications.
