Managing Associate - Real Estate

LHH are proud to be representing a leading national law firm in their search for a Managing Associate to join their Real Estate team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior real estate lawyer (5+ years PQE) to join a dynamic and highly respected team advising on complex property development projects across the UK. The role offers exposure to a wide range of sectors including industrial, logistics, office, retail, leisure, healthcare, and senior living. You'll be working with a multidisciplinary team of specialists in planning, infrastructure, environmental law, tax, and construction, supporting clients through every stage of the development lifecycle - from land acquisition and pre-let agreements to forward funding, construction, and investment disposal. What we're looking for:

• A qualified solicitor with significant experience in commercial real estate and property development.
• Strong technical knowledge across the full development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and provide strategic, commercially focused advice.
