• Curriculum Development: Design and implement training programs and lesson plans tailored to the needs of students or employees in technical and non-technical fields.
• Instruction Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions using various instructional techniques, including lectures, hands-on demonstrations, and interactive discussions.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and assess student learning to ensure comprehension and skill acquisition.
• Continuous Improvement: Update and refine training materials and modules based on feedback and technological advancements to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
• Support and Guidance: Provide feedback and support to trainees, helping them enhance their understanding of complex technical concepts. Background & Credentials
• Teaching to high-performing, high-potential engineers.
• Track record delivering training within Fortune 500 tech, finance, or industrial R&D organisations – comfortable with compliance constraints, and multi-stakeholder audiences.
• Deep experience in AI, the latest thinking and application. Core Skill Set
• Tailoring: able to tailor material and approach, and respond to audience level and need.
• Technical depth and delivery range: teaching advanced technical concepts, with demonstration of a range of training techniques – e.g., facilitating discussion, hands-on exercises, presentations.
• Content development: experienced in building and delivering content customised for client
• Professional-skills integration: comfortable incorporating professional skills relevant to the technical areas being covered – for example, when teaching reliability & scalability, incorporating critical thinking as a concept and enabling application of the concept relevant to the topic
