They are looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Service Receptionist to join their busy aftersales team. Service Advisor / Service Receptionist Role and Responsibilities:

• Booking in vehicles for service, repair and MOT, by phone, email and in person
• Meeting and greeting customers, managing arrivals and departures
• Liaising with the workshop to provide customers with accurate updates and explanations of work required
• Producing invoices and taking payments
• Promoting additional services and products where appropriate Service Advisor / Service Receptionist Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist or similar aftersales role within a motor dealership or garage
• Confident, professional telephone and face-to-face manner
• Comfortable using a Dealer Management System (DMS)
