VPM is a new working methodology that is being rolled out across all of ADS engineering. The coach (they call the VPM consultant a COACH) will carry out the following activities with each team: Framing: following a checklist to set up the work framework, get in touch with the team leader, take stock of the current tools, initialize the VPM dashboard… RUN Phase: after the framing phase, we move into the beta test phase where the coach implements the new VPM methods, observes how the teams apply them and collects feedback, provides a status on progress and maturity, makes improvements… They update the maturity map, which measures the team's progress against the required VPM standards. When the team is mature, they do the handover to the team. The coach also needs to have coordination meetings with the other coaches (around 15) to share information and feedback.
