Field Operations Manager

As Field Manager, you will be responsible for our Poling Engineers within your region, reporting directly to the National Operations Manager. You will be responsible for safety, performance, surveying, service delivery, and operational excellence, ensuring engineering works are delivered to standard. Vehicle, laptop and mobile provided. Maintaining compliance with safety, SHEQ, RAMS, audits, timesheets, and company procedures. Overseeing vehicles, tools, PPE, and assets; and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. You will also be surveying the work in advance of our teams attending site, so experience in surveying poles on the Openreach network is essential. You will support continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to reporting and administration. You will need a full UK driving license.
