Factory Technical Manager

If you prefer the factory aspect of your QA Management role, but still want to be a Technical Manager, this might be the role for you. It's 80% factory-based in a chilled food environment, responsible for all of the factory element of external audits, and has a real focus on "improve", rather than "maintain" technical standards. Although this isn't your first Quality Manager role for a UK chilled food business, it might be the first time you get to work on real improvement activity and cultural improvement, rather than just policing standards.

• Monday to Friday, on-site, office hours
• £50,000 - £55,000
