Security Business Development

Position Summary

The Security Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving cybersecurity business growth across Fujitsu Thailand by working collaboratively with existing account teams.

This role acts as a Cybersecurity Overlay Sales Function, focusing on identifying, developing, and closing cybersecurity opportunities including Managed Security Services, Security Consulting, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, Cloud Security, and other cybersecurity solutions.

Key Accountabilities

• Drive cybersecurity opportunities across JOC Enterprise, IntB Sales and JOC FSI Sales Accounts.
• Develop and manage cybersecurity sales pipeline.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Promote Managed Security Services, Security Consulting, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing and related cybersecurity services.
• Work closely with account managers, pre-sales consultants and delivery teams to develop winning proposals.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and identify cybersecurity transformation opportunities.
• Manage cybersecurity sales opportunities from lead generation through deal closure.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM records.
• Achieve assigned revenue, order intake and profitability targets.
• Support cybersecurity business expansion initiatives.

Desired Experience, Knowledge & Attributes

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales or business development.

• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, cybersecurity consulting sales or managed security services sales.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

• Experience selling MSS, SOC, SIEM, MDR, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, Security Consulting or related cybersecurity services is advantage.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity market trends and customer challenges.

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Good command of English and Thai.
