Responsibilities

  • Lead concurrent, interdependent programs, including production network hardware and software upgrades. Define milestones, owners, dependencies, critical paths, risks, and escalation paths.

  • Coordinate teams to resolve issues, close gaps, and deliver against program commitments.

  • Provide concise weekly updates to executives and stakeholders covering progress, decisions, blockers, risks, and required actions.

  • Maintain Jira work items and reporting so program status and ownership remain accurate.

  • Track operational and performance metrics, explain their business impact, and present findings to leadership.

  • Coordinate and lead a weekly operational review and other key stakeholder meetings, managing meeting logistics, agendas, notes/minutes, and action items.

  • Coordinate compliance driven audits and remediation programs with internal teams, external auditors, and regulators.

  • Partner with customers and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

  • Improve program processes, documentation, and reporting to increase visibility and predictability.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading several complex technical programs at once, including work in network engineering, infrastructure deployment, device lifecycle, or large-scale network operations.

  • Understanding of hyperscaler networking and dependencies across Layer 1 physical infrastructure, Layer 2 switching and fabric, and Layer 3 routing and network services.

  • Ability to build plans, manage risks and critical paths, and drive accountability across teams without direct authority.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and comfort working with incomplete information.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with OCI infrastructure, cloud or hyperscaler networks.

  • Strong Jira skills and best practices including ticket hygiene, filtering, dashboards, and program reporting.

  • Experience with milestone reviews, executive business reviews, root-cause analysis, and retrospectives.
