Location: DPD Stockport

• Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until January 15th 2027 / 40 Hours per week.
• Shift Pattern: 5 days per week starting in the afternoon

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the Squad: Help drivers smash their routes by finding tricky addresses and giving clear instructions.
• Tech Management: Keep our "Saturn" handhelds in top shape (reporting any glitches ASAP).
• Customer Care: Handling enquiries like a pro and keeping those depot KPIs on point.
• Process Pro: Running the driver debriefs and keeping the paperwork tight.
• Safety First: Keeping the workspace safe and secure for everyone.

Kit: Full training, uniform, and PPE provided.
