- Promising Career Path & Stable Senior Project Manager – Regional Data Program (Bank) We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a large-scale regional data governance and control program within a leading bank. The program spans multiple markets across Asia, including Hong Kong, China, India, Singapore and Indonesia, with further regional expansion planned. The role will act as a central PM across multiple application and technology teams, driving two key areas covering Data Control / Discovery and Data Privacy, Storage, Retention & Disposal, with ~20 systems involved in the retention workstream. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate delivery across multiple regional application teams
- Drive Data Retention & Disposal initiatives across multiple systems
- Support Data Source of Record and upstream data tracing
- Work closely with data architects, data teams, control teams, SMEs and BAs
- Manage cross-market dependencies, risks, issues and delivery progress
- Influence different application teams and drive delivery to completion Requirements
- 10+ years overall experience, including 5+ years of Project Management
- Strong data project experience
- Good understanding of data governance, data controls, retention or data architecture
- Strong experience coordinating multiple technology/application teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Financial services experience preferred
- Strong English communication skills
