Our client is a well-established multinational logistics service provider with a strong presence across Asia Pacific. Due to continued business growth, they are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee multiple warehousing operations and drive operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the overall management of two warehouse facilities, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory control, productivity improvement, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will lead warehouse teams, optimise operational processes, and maintain high service levels for key contract logistics customers.

Your new role

• Manage the daily operations of the two warehouse sites, ensuring smooth and efficient fulfilment activities.

• Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and operational teams to achieve operational KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Oversee inbound, outbound, storage, picking, packing, and distribution activities.

• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, inventory reconciliation, and system controls.

• Implement inventory management best practices to minimise discrepancies and stock losses.

• Monitor warehouse productivity, space utilisation, and operational costs.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with customers, transportation teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Prepare operational reports, performance analysis, and management dashboards.

• Support warehouse system enhancements and WMS optimisation projects.

• Manage workforce planning, workforce scheduling, and operational resource allocation. What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 8 years of warehouse and contract logistics experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

• Proven experience managing multiple warehouse facilities.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, distribution, and fulfilment processes.

• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.

• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to manage sizeable warehouse teams.

• Experience in KPI management, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.

• Experience within international 3PL, contract logistics, e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or industrial sectors is highly preferred. What you'll get in return
