About The Company About The Role We are seeking an experienced AI Security Engineer to secure AI, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions across enterprise environments. This critical role involves embedding security controls throughout the AI lifecycle and enhancing safeguards for large language models, foundation models, AI models, data pipelines, and AI-enabled applications. The successful candidate will work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, architects, and governance teams to design, implement, and maintain robust security measures that protect AI systems from emerging threats and vulnerabilities. The role demands a proactive approach to threat assessment, security testing, and the development of innovative security controls tailored to AI-specific challenges. The AI Security Engineer will also be responsible for establishing security standards, conducting red-team exercises, and supporting the responsible adoption of AI technologies across the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence enterprise AI security strategies and ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and compliance of AI solutions in a rapidly evolving threat landscape. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a combination of extensive experience, technical expertise, and a proactive mindset. Relevant qualifications include a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on AI security. Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle security risks, with practical experience securing large language models, foundation models, and Generative AI applications. Experience with AI red teaming, threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and security testing is essential. Familiarity with prompt injection, jailbreaks, adversarial attacks, and AI attack techniques is required. Additionally, candidates should have hands-on experience in secure AI model development, training, evaluation, deployment, and operational environments. Knowledge of DevSecOps, secure CI/CD pipelines, cloud security, scripting, and automation will be advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are critical for success in this role. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive security assessments and threat modeling for AI, ML, Generative AI, and LLM-based solutions to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
• Design, implement, and maintain AI security controls, guardrails, and monitoring capabilities to safeguard AI systems throughout their lifecycle.
• Conduct AI red-team exercises targeting prompt injection, jailbreaks, model manipulation, data leakage, and adversarial attacks to evaluate system resilience.
• Secure the development, training, evaluation, deployment, and operational environments of AI models, ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Embed security controls within AI CI/CD pipelines and configuration management processes to promote secure development practices.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, architects, and governance teams to define and implement AI security standards, patterns, and control requirements aligned with enterprise governance.
• Analyze emerging AI threats and continuously enhance defensive controls, testing approaches, and security frameworks.
