• Experience in an Artificial Intelligence Software Development role with exposure to areas like computer vision, audio processing, and generative AI systems
• Ideally, you will be educated to PhD level, or you have experience working in a start-up environment
• Excellent academic history, ideally including a 2.1 or First in a STEM degree from a leading university, plus strong A-Level (or equivalent) results
• Able to use Claude/Codex to build, rather than just ML model research
• Proficient in programming – the current stack includes Python, C++, Go, and AWS. Experience with cloud-native systems, edge ML, or tools for audio/video analysis would be a bonus
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Keen to work in a fast-paced R&D start-up environment (as opposed to a large corporate setting) Responsibilities for AI/ML Software Engineer - Graduates Considered:

• Design and development of Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence / Computer Vision-related video & audio software
• Work with generative AI tools and contribute to prompt engineering for intelligent media processing

• Shape early-stage infrastructure for analysing and streaming audio/video data at scale
• Optimise code for performance, scale, and maintainability
