Administrator

Do you have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines? We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Commercial Team in Bulford, Wiltshire. As an Administrator, you will work closely with our Quantity Surveyors to ensure the inbox is kept clear and quotes & measures are issued to the client within the required timescales. You will also be required to liaise and obtain quotes from subcontractors so strong communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities

• Build measures for void billables from site audits and issue to the void Quantity Surveyor
• Check and upload completion paperwork to the CRM system
• Ensure all trackers are up to date
• Liaise with operational teams when required
• Assist other teams with quoting / measures to cover leave
• Carry out other ad hoc tasks as and when required
• Assist the commercial team with final accounting Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in a commercial or financial role
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. What We Offer
