Account Management Coordinator

Account Management Co-ordinator (Entry Level) Location: Derby, United Kingdom Contract Type: Permanent We're looking for a commercially minded Account Management Coordinator to join a growing pharmaceutical sourcing team, playing a key role in supporting the Account Management and CTS functions across the delivery of pharmaceutical projects and customer orders. The role This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the pharmaceutical supply, sourcing and procurement space, while gaining exposure to customers, suppliers, products and global markets. Key responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, accurately and on time.
• Supporting the Account Management team across projects and customer requirements
• Supporting global sourcing and supply strategies
• Identifying and developing new sourcing opportunities and procurement networks
• Building knowledge of pharmaceutical products, suppliers, customers, supply chains and markets
• Sourcing and procuring competitively priced pharmaceutical products
• Supporting the efficient fulfilment of customer orders while maintaining quality and compliance
• Assisting with administrative, research and business improvement projects
• Working within relevant GDP, SOP, quality, licensing and regulatory requirements We're looking for someone who has: ✔️ Strong communication and organisational skills ✔️ A customer-focused and proactive approach ✔️ Commercial awareness ✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and initiative ✔️ The ability to work independently and as part of a team ✔️ Confidence communicating with colleagues and external stakeholders ✔️ The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines A degree-level education or equivalent is preferred.
