• Own and evolve modern design systems rather than only using an existing component library.
• Work within a large consumer digital product environment.
• Apply systems thinking to deliver shipped outcomes.
• Manage governance, adoption and stakeholder relationships around the design system. Qualifications
• Strong portfolio evidence showing systems thinking and shipped outcomes. Required Skills
• Hands-on design systems leadership
• Expert Figma capability
• Native iOS and Android product experience
• A working understanding of accessibility and WCAG 2.2 standards
• Governance, adoption and stakeholder management Preferred Skills
• Financial services or fintech experience is useful, but the quality and scale of your design-system work matters most. Pay range and compensation package
