• Strong benefits An expanding international Insurer is seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to play a key role in strengthening and evolving its enterprise-wide risk management framework. This is an excellent opportunity for a risk professional who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders, providing effective challenge, and influencing risk culture within a complex and dynamic environment. The Role You will be responsible for:
• Leading the ongoing enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework
• Conducting enterprise risk assessments and facilitating risk workshops
• Providing independent second-line oversight and challenge to business functions
• Monitoring key risk indicators and emerging risks
• Producing high-quality reporting and insights for executive and board-level stakeholders
• Supporting risk governance activities, policy development, and risk culture initiatives
• Contributing to incident management, root cause analysis, and risk remediation activities About You:
• Proven experience in enterprise, operational, financial or strategic risk management in a 2nd line of defense capacity gained within a Financial Services environment
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities
• Experience facilitating risk assessments and engaging senior stakeholders
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, commercially minded, and collaborative approach to risk management
