Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks centered around ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security. Key responsibilities include analyzing and maintaining large datasets related to customers, companies, and relationships, and identifying issues such as duplication or inconsistencies. You will play a vital role in data cleansing, correction, and de-duplication processes to uphold data integrity standards.
• Analyzing and maintaining extensive data sets to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identifying and resolving data quality issues, including inconsistencies and duplicates
• Performing data cleansing, correction, and de-duplication activities
• Creating and maintaining relationships and hierarchies within data sets
• Supporting the ongoing administration and improvement of CRM and related systems
• Executing data imports, exports, and bulk updates efficiently
• Producing comprehensive reports and dashboards on data quality, usage, KPIs, and trends
• Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance data quality and streamline processes
• Contributing to data governance, ownership, and stewardship initiatives
• Maintaining documentation and standards related to data management
