About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Human Resource Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess international commercial experience and a strong background in data analysis within HR functions. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data from various sources to provide valuable insights that support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with HR professionals and business leaders to identify trends, develop reports, and recommend process improvements. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of international commercial experience in human resources or related fields.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and procedures across different countries and regions.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll data, surveys, and exit interview analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify meaningful insights.
• Experience in preparing detailed reports and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Responsibilities
• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and organize data from various sources including HRIS, payroll systems, employee surveys, and exit interviews. Analyze this data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and other HR metrics.
• Reporting and Presentation: Develop comprehensive reports and visual presentations to communicate findings clearly to HR teams and senior management. Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement within HR processes through detailed data analysis. Propose and implement solutions to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and increase overall HR effectiveness.
• Policy Development: Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures based on data insights and industry best practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams, business leaders, and external partners to ensure data accuracy, relevance, and confidentiality. Facilitate data-driven decision-making across various HR functions.
