Paid Media Specialist

Are you strongest in Paid Social or Paid Search and looking for a role where you can see the impact of your campaigns? Would you like to combine performance marketing with hands-on organic social content? We're working with a successful, family-run British fashion and lifestyle brand based in Gloucestershire. The business has grown into a distinctive name, with colourful collections inspired by art, craft and the natural world. Its ranges are designed in-house and stocked by more than 300 retailers across the UK and Europe. The brand is now building on that established retail presence by continuing to grow its eCommerce channel and invest in its digital marketing team. The Role Alongside paid campaigns, you'll have the opportunity to work with the social team on producing and publishing organic content across Meta platforms. It's a hands-on role that brings together campaign performance, creative thinking and social content. Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads or Google Ads; experience across both would be an advantage.
• An understanding of how to monitor campaign results and use data to improve performance.
• An interest in creative testing, audience targeting and developing engaging ads.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders and collaborating across digital and social teams.
• An interest in organic social content and willingness to help produce and publish posts.
• A proactive, organised approach and the confidence to get involved across different areas of digital marketing. Benefits The salary is £34,000 - £40,000, with the chance to build on your experience in Paid Social or Paid Search, broaden your knowledge of the other channel and contribute to organic social content.
