• £30,000 basic salary + £10,000 OTE, uncapped

• Identify and engage UK letting agents through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and targeted campaigns
• Target ideal customer profiles rather than chasing volume
• Book well-qualified discovery meetings for the Business Development and Sales teams
• Lead first-stage conversations to understand each prospect's challenges and structure
• Manage your own activity, follow-ups and diary
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
• Work with marketing on campaigns, messaging and targeting
• Hit agreed weekly and monthly KPIs, and use conversion data to improve Required Skills
• Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking to business owners
• Naturally curious and commercially aware
