Maintenance Engineer

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.

We are recruiting an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the team located in Birmingham!

The Role:

• Perform preventative & reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems.
• Weekly PPMs such as fire alarm tests, emergency light tests & hazard checks.
• Repairs floor & wall coverings.
• Responsible for other building maintenance & installation works as required.
• Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, Filter Changes AHU's / FCU's and Basic Plumbing requirements
• Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Oversee and liaise with contractors across site.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment logs.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate records of compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team! We offer training and development within this role.

Working Hours

• 8am - 5pm

• Monday to Friday

• Overtime available! Experience Required:

• Experience of working in high profile work environment

• Previous fabric experience advantageous

• PC literate
