We are hiring for User Researcher Location: Telford - Hybrid / 2 days Per week in Office
- Proven experience working as a User Researcher in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Experience planning research programmes, sessions and research roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative user research methods and when to apply them.
- Experience with research operations, including recruitment, incentives, scheduling and research tooling.
- Strong analysis and synthesis skills, with the ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
- Hands-on experience conducting usability testing, developing test scripts and producing actionable recommendations.
- Experience embedding user research and user-centred practices within Agile multidisciplinary teams. Key Skills: User Research / Qualitative / Test Scripts / Service Design / Product Design / Roadmaps
