Litigation Solicitor

NQ–2 PQE Litigation Solicitor Location: Bromsgrove Level: Newly Qualified – 2 Years PQE Department: Litigation / Dispute Resolution Working Pattern: Full-time We are seeking a Newly Qualified to 2 PQE Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a friendly and established legal practice in Worcestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive team, with significant client contact and the opportunity to take ownership of their own caseload. The successful candidate will have exposure to a broad range of contentious matters and will be expected to provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients. The successful applicant will:

• Be newly qualified or have up to 2 years' PQE within litigation or a related contentious practice area;
• Have experience or a strong interest in dealing with a broad range of contentious matters, including civil litigation, employment matters and dispute resolution;
• Be confident working closely with clients in a highly client-facing role, building strong and professional relationships;
• Demonstrate a professional, approachable, friendly and reassuring manner when dealing with clients;
• Be capable of managing their own caseload, taking responsibility for matters from inception through to resolution;
• Be organised and able to prioritise competing demands, work efficiently and meet tight deadlines;
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal issues clearly and effectively to clients;
• Be a strong team player who is willing to support colleagues and contribute positively to the wider team;
• Demonstrate sound commercial awareness and practical problem-solving skills;
• Be comfortable working within established compliance procedures, internal policies and systems;
• Have a proactive and positive approach to their work, with a genuine commitment to delivering a high standard of client service.
