About the Role As Senior Manager, you'll oversee performance and development across a team of Financial Advisers and back office team. Through one-to-one coaching, data analysis, and strategic planning, you'll enable your team to deliver outstanding financial advice and client service. What You'll Bring

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice (DipPFS) – essential
• Proven experience managing and coaching Financial Advisers
• Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
• Adaptable leadership style to support varied experience levels
• Deep understanding of the advisory process and FCA requirements Key Responsibilities
